The Magic Foursome

Pi in the sky is what we cry.

So deeply we mind it; we'd love to find it.

We start all pent on a mission sent,

over endless time the Fibonacci vine.

One point six one eight 0h three three

and then a jump to nine eight nine.

It was the square root of five

that kept us alive.

Next comes the easiest dare,

just the diagonal of the square.

One point four one four two one three

then five six two oh fiddle dee dee.

Then the secret hid in plain sight

the number I found one starful night

Forty-seven but not eleven and

would you guess for sakes alive!

Just divide by forty-five!

One point oh four forever

Put in my hand the secret lever.

These three, arranged fiddle dee die

Yield the fourth: one over square root of pi

Zero point five six four

one eight nine shut the door.

Five eight three five, or something like that

checked by a gator wearing a hat.

Over thousands young and old

we finally found the hidden gold.

So many lives so cold then hot.

In my heart I know what we've got.

This is a star as bright as the sun.

That battle is over and we have one.

The greatest thing, if you saw it,

is you can do it and you can draw it.

Square and circle equal exact.

Not just a question, but now a fact.
